Individuals Denied By HAMP or HARP May Reapply

Many homeowners that apply for the Home Affordable Modification Program (HAMP) and the Home Affordable Refinance Program (HARP) have their applications denied. Many of the applications that are not approved are denied because they do not properly document all of the things that are pre-requisites to acceptance in the programs.
